1. About HostRezon

HostRezon is operated by HostRezon Private Limited, a technology and web infrastructure service provider. We provide services including domain registration, web hosting, VPS hosting, server-related services, SSL certificates, DNS management, email services, and other technology-related products.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the HostRezon website, creating an account, registering a domain, purchasing hosting, VPS, or any other service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use HostRezon services.

3. Account Registration

Certain HostRezon services require customers to create an account. You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, passwords, API credentials, and other account information. Any activity performed through your account may be considered your responsibility unless you notify us of unauthorized access.

4. Domain Registration

Domain names registered through HostRezon are subject to the policies, rules, and requirements of the applicable domain registry, registrar, and governing authorities.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their selected domain name does not infringe any trademark, copyright, intellectual property, or other legal rights of any third party.

Domain registration does not guarantee permanent ownership of a domain. Domains are subject to renewal dates, registry policies, dispute procedures, suspension rules, and applicable laws.

5. Domain Renewal and Expiry

Customers are responsible for renewing their domains before the applicable expiration date. HostRezon may provide renewal reminders as a convenience, but failure to receive a reminder does not remove the customer's responsibility to renew the domain.

Expired domains may enter grace, redemption, pending deletion, or other registry-defined stages. Additional fees may apply for domain recovery or restoration where applicable.

6. Hosting Services

HostRezon provides hosting services according to the specifications and resource limits of the hosting plan selected by the customer.

Customers must use hosting services responsibly and must not engage in activities that violate applicable laws, these Terms, service limitations, or the rights of other customers and third parties.

7. VPS and Server Services

VPS and server customers may receive administrative or root-level access depending on their selected service.

Customers with administrative access are responsible for securing their servers, applications, databases, passwords, software, firewall configuration, and other server-level settings unless a managed service is specifically included in their plan.

8. Acceptable Use Policy

HostRezon services must be used only for lawful and legitimate purposes. The following activities are prohibited:

• Phishing or fraudulent websites.
• Malware, ransomware, viruses, or malicious software distribution.
• Unauthorized access to computer systems or networks.
• DDoS attacks or other abusive network activity.
• Spam and unsolicited bulk messaging.
• Credential theft or password harvesting.
• Hosting illegal content.
• Copyright or intellectual-property infringement.
• Fraudulent activities or scams.
• Activities that negatively affect HostRezon infrastructure or other customers.
• Attempts to bypass security, resource, or service restrictions.
• Any activity prohibited under applicable Indian law or other applicable laws.

9. Resource Usage

Shared hosting services operate within defined CPU, RAM, storage, bandwidth, database, process, and other resource limits.

Excessive or abnormal resource usage that affects server stability or other customers may result in temporary restrictions, service optimization requirements, suspension, or migration to a more suitable service plan.

10. Payments and Billing

Customers are required to pay all applicable charges before the activation or renewal of services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing information and ensuring that invoices are paid within the applicable due date.

Applicable taxes, including GST and other government-imposed charges, may be added where required by law.

11. Service Suspension

HostRezon may suspend or restrict a service where reasonably necessary due to:

• Non-payment or overdue invoices.
• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Abuse or malicious activity.
• Security threats.
• Illegal activities.
• Excessive resource usage.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Legal or regulatory requirements.
• Activities that threaten HostRezon infrastructure or other customers.

12. Service Termination

HostRezon may terminate a service if a customer materially violates these Terms, engages in prohibited activity, fails to meet payment obligations, or where termination is required by applicable law, registry rules, security requirements, or legitimate operational requirements.

Customers may request cancellation of services according to the applicable cancellation and refund policies.

13. Backups and Data Responsibility

Customers are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of their websites, applications, databases, emails, files, and other important data.

Any backup service provided by HostRezon should not be considered a replacement for an independent backup maintained by the customer.

14. Service Availability

HostRezon aims to provide reliable and stable services. However, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed in every situation.

Service availability may be affected by scheduled maintenance, emergency maintenance, network failures, hardware failures, software issues, upstream providers, power failures, cyber incidents, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

15. Maintenance

HostRezon may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance to improve, maintain, secure, or upgrade its infrastructure and services.

Where reasonably possible, scheduled maintenance affecting customers may be communicated in advance.

16. Refund and Cancellation

Refund eligibility depends on the specific product, service plan, applicable refund policy, and circumstances of the cancellation.

Domain registration, domain renewal, domain transfer, third-party services, licenses, and certain other services may be non-refundable once successfully processed.

Customers should review the applicable refund policy before purchasing a service.

17. Third-Party Services

HostRezon may use or integrate with third-party domain registrars, payment gateways, data centers, infrastructure providers, software providers, and other service providers.

Third-party services may have their own terms, policies, fees, and requirements. HostRezon is not responsible for circumstances outside its reasonable control relating to such third-party services.

18. Intellectual Property

The HostRezon name, logo, branding, website design, documentation, software, graphics, text, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to HostRezon Private Limited unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit HostRezon proprietary materials without prior written permission.

19. Customer Content

Customers remain responsible for websites, applications, files, databases, emails, content, and other materials uploaded or hosted through their account.

Customers represent that they have all necessary rights, permissions, and licenses to use and host such content.

20. Security and Abuse Reports

HostRezon may investigate security incidents, abuse reports, malicious activity, fraud reports, and violations of these Terms.

Depending on the circumstances, HostRezon may temporarily restrict, suspend, or terminate affected services to protect its infrastructure, customers, and third parties.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HostRezon Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary losses arising from the use or inability to use our services.

This may include loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, business interruption, or other indirect damages, subject to applicable law.

22. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless HostRezon Private Limited, its employees, representatives, affiliates, and service providers from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

23. Force Majeure

HostRezon shall not be responsible for delays, interruptions, or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, government actions, telecommunications failures, internet outages, power failures, cyber incidents, infrastructure failures, or other force majeure events.

24. Privacy

Your use of HostRezon services is also subject to our Privacy Policy. We may collect and process information necessary to provide services, process payments, manage accounts, provide customer support, maintain security, and comply with applicable laws.

25. Changes to These Terms

HostRezon Private Limited reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time due to changes in services, technology, business operations, security requirements, or applicable laws.

Updated versions will be published on this page with the revised effective date. Continued use of our services after an update may constitute acceptance of the revised Terms, subject to applicable law.

26. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of India.

Subject to applicable law, disputes relating to HostRezon services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

27. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to remain effective to the extent permitted by applicable law.

28. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with applicable service-specific policies, order details, invoices, refund policies, privacy policies, and other published HostRezon policies, constitute the agreement governing your use of the applicable HostRezon services.
